Re:the rooftop [???]

When I moved in here 3 years ago. I was told that the courtyard would be landscaped with potted trees and such.
Well, that hasn’t happened.
Funny, if they would try and do that perhaps it would end some of the wind tunnel of garbage that blows in to the building.
The lobby looks like sh*t after a long holiday weekend, you would think the building owners would want to keep the appearance of a pretty place, to attract more tenants. And the garbage, ugh what an eyesore!
